What's included in each package?
Each package includes Odoo setup, configuration, training, and support hours. You’ll get everything needed to start selling — from payment setup and VAT configuration to your product import and go-live support.
How long does setup take?
Most setups are completed in 1–3 weeks, depending on the package size and data preparation. Starter packages can go live in under a week once your product list and logo are ready.
What is the Odoo subscription fee?
Odoo charges a US$13.60 per user per month subscription fee. This covers the official Odoo Online hosting and all apps (POS, Website, Ecommerce, Accounting, Inventory, etc). Your subscription is billed directly by Odoo S.A., and TM Objective assists with setup, billing, and renewals.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. You can add users at any time — simply pay US$13.60/month per additional user directly to Odoo. We’ll help activate and configure their access at no extra setup cost.
Do you handle Odoo hosting and licenses?
Yes. We’ll guide you through your Odoo license setup and ensure you’re on the right plan. Hosting and subscriptions are managed by Odoo Online — we make the process seamless for you.
What do I need to get started?
To start your setup, you’ll need: your logo & brand colors, product list (CSV or spreadsheet), and payment method details (WiPay, PayPal, or card processor). Once we have those, we can begin within 2 business days.
